The Cold Spring Cabinetry team is a carefully selected group of creative individuals who offer a single source capability to individual homeowners, interior designers and custom home builders.

Brian Vaughan, Principal

Brian was born in Gainesville, Florida, and moved to Doylestown in 1967. He graduated from Central Bucks East High School and received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Construction Technology from Spring Garden College in Chestnut Hill. Prior to forming Jarrett Vaughan Builders, he worked in his family’s woodworking manufacturing business in high school and with a local builder during college. He is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors organization and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

Tom Jarrett, Principal

Tom was born in Cherry Point, NC, and was raised in Warrington, PA. He graduated from Central Bucks West High School and attended Bucks County Community College and Lock Haven College. Prior to forming Jarrett Vaughan Builders, Tom worked in the construction business as a heavy equipment operator. He is an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors organization and the Central Bucks Chamber of Commerce.

Rusty Landes, General Manager

Rusty was born in Doylestown, and was raised in Gardenville and Smithtown, PA. He graduated from Palisades High School and attended Cooks College. Prior to joining Jarrett Vaughan Builders, Rusty made reproduction furniture by hand and also did custom woodworking at a high end millwork shop. He joined Jarrett Vaughan Builders in 1998 and is responsible for managing the employees and projects at Cold Spring Cabinetry.
